SkyLase Projectors are the only 360˚ x 180˚ solid-state laser projection system specifically designed for crisp and brilliant laser images to cover the entire planetarium dome. Laser images can be used to augment your planetarium star projector. With SkyLase your planetarium becomes an ever-changing universe of brilliantly colored astronomical imagery and animations. SkyLase can also project exciting rock ‘n roll laser shows.
Additionally, our SkyLase projectors are the only laser projectors with a special variance granted by the FDA which allows for a 2 meter beam height exception and a 2.5 ft lateral distance for anyone sitting next to the projector.

SkyLase Basic (for Rent)
Our SkyLase Basic system is a brilliant full-color, full-dome projection system with 40K scanners easy to setup and operate. SkyLase Basic includes a hard drive with 22 full length laer shows and rents for $500.00 per week plus shipping. SkyLase Basic can be installed in the center or rear of the planetarium theater. It comes with a complete Setup and Operations Guide.
Laser Camp
Laser Camp, a new offering from AVI, is designed for middle and high school students. The general purpose of this adaptable 5 – day camp is to introduce the scientific fundamentals and properties of light, laser safety as well as artistic creativity. The students will create a “Laser song” module that will be shown to the entire camp. A Laser and a Laser & Light Classroom Kit is supplied with Daily Lesson Plans.
Live Performance Controller
AVI’s Live Performance Controller allows users to create and combine beams, graphics and abstracts, allowing laserists to play the laser visuals live to music for an enthralling experience. Are you planning to have a live band, live performers, dancing, wedding, or parties in your planetarium theater? Do you think your lasers could add a lot to the experience? The Live Performance Controller is the instrument that will help you quickly select the laser imagery needed to make the live experience colorful, exciting and immersive.
Unique2 Hazer
If you want your laser beams to be visible in mid-air, it is important to have a haze machine. The haze machine Unique2 is water based and safe to use with other projectors in the planetarium theater. It is equipped an internal Timer and a new Haze-Density Control System (HDCS). With this HDCS the haze can be distributed in the room quickly, creating the right atmosphere and excellently supporting the laser and other lighting effects.
